Think Of Me

*wipes sweat from brow*

Finally done. Not that any of you really knew I was working on this lol But I have been, for about 2 weeks now. On and off due to my work schedule. But I've finally gotten it done!

I watched Phantom of the Opera for the first time about two weeks ago and that night I decided to start a drawing based on it. It pretty much came from my head with some help from some screen caps. Is it completely photo realistic, no. In the beginning I admit thats what I was aiming for but I know I missed it by a mile. But I think I achieved the feel I was going for. I wanted to incorperate a little bit of everything that was key in the movie. The rose, him taking her to his side, the love story.

The scanner picked it up a bit dark but I think that has something to do with the fact that my mom was messing with the settings the other day. Didn't have the time to fix it so, it's gonna have to stay that way. That would be a rose at the bottom, you may not be able to tell lol Never drew a rose before. Attached to the rose would be the black ribbon. I tried to add the silky texture with the light reflecting off of it, from my head mind you. It was definitely an exercise in my creativity.
